Our Family! The Teenage years!

You may ask, "Attitude Years", isn't that kind of rude? For those of you with Teenagers, you understand. With Teenagers, it is full of excitment, emotion, weird changes in personalty and body(scary) and watching them grow in the Lord. We as parents need help because if it was up to us we would fail. Thanks to God that he is with us and trainging us to make as few mistakes as possible. Please pray for us!

God is Good!
Well today the indication is that Mya is Stable. I think that given what the doctors have been saying, Stable is the most positive thing they have said to date! Thanks for your continued prayers. Do you know that people from all over Canada and possibly the States have been and continue to pray for Mya and the family. I am curious just how far. We know for sure from Winnipeg, does anyone else know if any farther has been part of this? I know that up to 6 churches across BC and Canada have kept the family in prayer and it has been felt greatly. What a powerful unification tool prayer is. It crosses all boundaries, boarders and opinions.

I thought that this posting I would post a picture of our nephew Alex, who is sporting his Big Brother Shirt and already practicing the art of scaring boyfriends away with his tough look. Well actually according the girls at work, he is far to cute to look tough but we will be training him so that Mya, like my sisters will be able to appreciate a big brother........right Tammy and Sarah? We Love you Alex, and know that you are an Awesome big brother!

We agree wholeheartedly with the prayer request Dan posted yesterday, and are praying that she may be moved to Abbotsford Hospital, and then soon be able to go home to her family. We praise the Lord every day for His care of Mya and that His ways are much higher than the doctors. We share the posts with our church family (Victory Way Community Church, Quesnel, BC) every day and lift up Mya, her immediate family and extended family, to the Lord. Yes, the power of prayer is amazing, and we will continue to hold you all up in prayer to our faithful Lord.
