Our Family! The Teenage years!

You may ask, "Attitude Years", isn't that kind of rude? For those of you with Teenagers, you understand. With Teenagers, it is full of excitment, emotion, weird changes in personalty and body(scary) and watching them grow in the Lord. We as parents need help because if it was up to us we would fail. Thanks to God that he is with us and trainging us to make as few mistakes as possible. Please pray for us!

Today I got to see Mya again. She is such an adorably cute little girl (very adorable, very cute, and very little!) She is constantly kicking and flailing her arms around but calms right down when somebody holds their hand on her gently. Yesterday she was placed on her tummy for a period of time and then when the nurse wasn't looking, she found that Mya had lifted her head and turned into the opposite direction, dragging all her tubes and wires with her. The nurse was astounded that Mya's little neck had the strength to lift her head and turn it like that.
Today Mya's temperature was going up and down so they were monitoring that and also since they do so many blood tests, she was enimic and had to have a small blood transfusion. Apparently they will not be doing any more MRI's but will continue with the weekly EEG's which are less strenuous on Mya.
Please continue to pray that Mya defies the odds and the doctors pessimistic predictions. Join with Alex who prays for angels to guard around Mya in the hospital and his mom & dad while they drive in and out to see her. Also pray for Alex who is with his dad for the weekend that he would be protected and shielded from the negative influences there. We know there are so many people checking for updates and praying for this family. Thank you!
